Tucker Agency was created in March 2018 by Will Tucker. At the time, Will was working for one of the largest agencies in the country but couldn’t resist the entrepreneurial pull. Inspired by his small business clients, he took the leap and created a boutique agency specializing in both personal lines and small and medium sized businesses. Tucker Agency has quickly established itself as a leading agency for home, auto, business, and specialty auto insurance. With access to and strong relationships with dozens of different A rated insurance companies, we will create competition for you that will lead to lower insurance pricing and better coverage.

Will is a Nashville native and graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and Belmont University, where he played baseball. He is married to Maggie Tucker, who owns and operates 3 retail stores, magpies children’s shop and 2 magpies girl shops. Maggie and Will have been a part of the greater Nashville community their entire lives and are committed to giving back to the community that has been so good to them.
Will started his career as Executive Protection Underwriter for Chubb Insurance Group out of Atlanta. Underwriting D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime & Kidnap Ransom insurance for publicly traded companies. He moved home to help start MDM Covenant Insurance in 2008. MDM was purchased by Hilb Group, where Will was awarded the National Sales Award in 2016 and 2017 before starting the Tucker Agency.
Sandy grew up in London, Kentucky and graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She has lived in Franklin, TN for the past 19 years. Throughout her 30+ year career, Sandy has worked with some of the top agencies in country as an Account Manager and as an Underwriter. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the Titans and Kentucky Basketball, listening to country music, and going home to Kentucky to visit family.
Zach is a Mt. Juliet, TN native who attended Mt. Juliet High School and Belmont University, where he graduated with a degree in business management. Zach played second base for the Bruins and was captain of the Belmont baseball team. In his spare time, he enjoys going on the lake and watching the Nashville Predators.
Chas grew up in Morristown, TN and moved to Nashville, where he attended Belmont University. He graduated with a degree in business management while also being a captain on the baseball team. Before graduating, Chas was the NCAA’s active leader in walks. Chas enjoys playing golf and going to concerts in his free time.
Born in Iowa and raised in California, Josh is a former professional baseball player of 14 years. He played for 7 different Major League teams, Team USA, and played overseas in Venezuela and Mexico. After retiring, Josh relocated to Murfreesboro with his wife, Stacy, and their 3 children. There, Josh graduated from MTSU with a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance and continues to stay active, giving back to the baseball community.
Amy moved to Murfreesboro in 2006. Graduated from Otterbein University with a BA in Sociology and Minor in Music. She has 20+ years experience in the insurance industry, and earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation to provide better client service. In her free time, Amy enjoys quilting, walking her rescue dog on the Greenway Trails, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and gardening.
Megan is originally from Lexington, Ky and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She lived in Chicago after college where she met her husband and worked for a high level matchmaking company. After settling in Nashville, TN in 2008 she continued to work remote for six years before having children. She and her husband, Michael, have three children (8, 6 and 5). Megan serves as the fundraising chair for the Percy Priest elementary PTO as well as for the 7 hills improvement team. She enjoys coaching soccer, spectating her children’s sports, going to the pool, playing tennis, working out, time at the lake, hiking, anything outdoors, live music, reading and travel.
