How We Got Started
Tucker Agency was created in March 2018 by Will Tucker. At the time, Will was working for one of the largest agencies in the country but couldn’t resist the entrepreneurial pull. Inspired by his small business clients, he took the leap and created a boutique agency specializing in both personal lines and small and medium sized businesses. Tucker Agency has quickly established itself as a leading agency for home, auto, business, and specialty auto insurance. With access to and strong relationships with dozens of different A rated insurance companies, we will create competition for you that will lead to lower insurance pricing and better coverage.

Will Tucker | President and Founder

Will founded Tucker Agency in 2018 after spending 12 years in the insurance industry as an underwriter for Chubb as well as a producer and VP of another agency. He is a Nashville native and an alum of Montgomery Bell Academy and Belmont University, where he played baseball. Will is committed to helping protect the interests of businesses and individuals, especially in the Nashville community. He and the Tucker Agency team work hard every day to find coverage and risk management solutions for their clients.
Will's wife, Maggie, is an entrepreneur as well, and owns Magpies, a store for babies' and children's clothing and accessories. Will, Maggie, and their two children love supporting local businesses and organizations and try to give back whenever they can to their community.
Zach Ehrhart | Personal and Business Insurance Producer

Zach is a Mt. Juliet, TN native who attended Mt. Juliet High School and Belmont University, where he graduated with a degree in business management. Zach played second base for the Bruins and was captain of the Belmont baseball team. In his spare time, he enjoys going on the lake and watching the Nashville Predators.
Chas Hadden | Life, Personal, and Business Insurance Producer

Chas grew up in Morristown, TN and moved to Nashville, where he attended Belmont University. He graduated with a degree in business management while also being a captain on the baseball team. Before graduating, Chas was the NCAA’s active leader in walks. Chas enjoys playing golf and going to concerts in his free time.
Josh Kroeger | Personal and Business Insurance Producer

Born in Iowa and raised in California, Josh is a former professional baseball player of 14 years. He played for 7 different Major League teams, Team USA, and played overseas in Venezuela and Mexico. After retiring, Josh relocated to Murfreesboro with his wife, Stacy, and their 3 children. There, Josh graduated from MTSU with a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance and continues to stay active, giving back to the baseball community.
Halsey Fischer | Controller and Commercial Client Manager
Halsey is a Nashville native and graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy. Upon completion of high school, he attended and graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor of finance degree. Halsey was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon while attending SMU. Halsey moved back home to Nashville where he worked for Global Options as controller. During his years with Global Options he helped prepare the company for acquisition. After the acquisition, Halsey took a job with HCA as a senior accountant in their accounting division where he has worked for the past 9 years.
Halsey and his wife, Sheila, and their dachshund, Frank, live in west Nashville and enjoy walking Percy Warner Park on the weekends. Halsey loves spending time with his family, and friends playing golf and watching the Titans.
Jeremy Myers
Jeremy is originally from Henderson, KY and graduate of Western Kentucky University. He moved to Nashville in 2018. He has been in the insurance industry for 12+ years and believes putting his clients first and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Jeremy brings a high level of expertise to his clients and works diligently with them to find a plan that meets all their concerns. Jeremy’s specialty lies in business and personal insurance, and he also specializes in providing expert advice for dental practices. In his spare time, he enjoys being active in the community with volunteering, traveling, concerts, spending time with family and friends and watching the Nashville Preds and UK Wildcats.
Deuce Wallace | Group Health and Voluntary Benefits Producer

Deuce is originally from Sevierville, TN and moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a degree in American Studies and Corporate Strategy while also playing quarterback for the football team. He is experienced in group health and voluntary benefits, and helps clients customize and develop a cost-efficient group benefits package. In his free time, Deuce enjoys playing golf, watching college football, and supporting his friend's nonprofit, Turner's Heroes.
Jennifer Fogle
Born in Nashville, Tennessee, and raised in Murfreesboro, Jennifer is a 1998 graduate of Riverdale High School. After attending Middle Tennessee State University, she began her insurance career in the subrogation department for State Farm and eventually moved into salvage and Medicare claims services. Following 10 years of service at State Farm and stepping away from insurance for a couple of years, she took a position with a family-owned agency in Murfreesboro. There, she studied to become a licensed property and casualty insurance producer, before eventually becoming part of the Tucker team! Jennifer enjoys interacting with customers and helping to ease their minds when it comes to their insurance needs! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her four children, watching baseball, traveling, running half marathons, and spending time with family and friends!
Anna Silverblatt
Born in New Orleans, LA and raised in Chattanooga, TN, Anna moved to Nashville after attending The University of Tennessee. While at UTK, Anna rode for the University of Tennessee Equestrian Team. In her spare time, Anna enjoys walking her two dogs, Frankie and Sadie, and spending time with her friends and family.
Bailey Bondurant
Bailey was born in Memphis and grew up in Chicago before moving to Nashville in 2021. She attended the University of Mississippi for her first two years before transferring to and graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In her free time, Bailey enjoys playing volleyball and spending time on the lake with her friends and family.
Cam Ellis
Cam hails from Tampa, and currently resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Cam played college baseball at LSU-Shreveport and was on the the 2012 Avista World Series team. He also represented the university on its fishing team. Cam has 6 years of experience in workers' compensation insurance, payroll, claims management, and employee benefits.
